Quarterly Pest Protection Plan
Our popular Quarterly Pest Protection Plan protects your home or business from crawling insects all year long. This comprehensive program is guaranteed to keep your property pest-free by using the latest and most effective integrated pest management techniques. A service agreement is required to get started, but there's no long-term commitment; you can pause or cancel anytime.

Interior Guard
Our Interior Guard process keeps your home or business pest-free year-round! We'll apply strategic treatments of small amounts of odorless materials to cracks, crevices, baseboards, and thresholds to ensure superior protection.

Our Exterior Guard process applies targeted deterrents all the way around your property's foundation, two feet up and two feet out, forming an impenetrable barrier against a large range of crawling insects and other pests.
Stinging Insects Protection Plan
Protect your property from stinging insects with our comprehensive 2-step Stinging Insects Protection Plan, which guarantees pest removal for the entire season. Our team uses tall extension ladders to thoroughly inspect every nook and cranny of your property, including eaves, overhangs, shutters, wood siding, light fixtures, wooden decks, fencing, barbecues, patio furniture, children's play structures, swimming pool areas, mailboxes, basketball hoops, and more.

Spring Treatment
During our first visit, completed in late April or May, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the entire property. All identified areas are then treated with repellent-based products designed to discourage stinging insects from establishing colonies before the season gets underway.
Summer Treatment
During our follow-up visit, completed in late June or July, our team performs a full re-treatment of all the same nesting areas covered in the spring. The visit also includes a complete property inspection for any nests that may have established between treatments, with professional removal of any found.

Mosquito Protection Plan
Sergio's Mosquito Protection Plan keeps your yard protected from mosquitoes through the full active season, from late spring through the first hard frost. Monthly barrier treatments target adult mosquitoes where they rest in shrubs and vegetation, suppressing populations before they rebuild. West Nile virus activity peaks in August and September across Southeast Michigan, so consistent recurring treatment matters far more than a one-time spray.
Spring Kickoff Treatment
During our first visit, a trained technician assesses your property for mosquito harborage zones, standing water sources, and areas of active pressure. All identified shrubs, greenery, and vegetation are then treated with a fogging and liquid barrier application to knock down existing populations before the season gets underway.
Monthly Barrier Treatments
Follow-up treatments are completed each month through the active season. Each visit re-treats shrubs, vegetation, and harborage areas around the property perimeter to prevent mosquito populations from rebuilding between visits. One-time treatments are also available for outdoor events with no contract required.
