Dion has grown up in the family business at Sergio’s Pest Pros, whether he was hanging out in the office when it was housed in the basement of their childhood home or accompanying technicians on service calls after being picked up from elementary school. Dion began working part-time for his father after obtaining certification in 2006, providing assistance during his summer breaks. After going to college, Dion became a full-time technician for the company in 2011 and has since dedicated the last 12 years to learning every aspect of the business. Dion’s efforts culminated in his taking over the day-to-day operations of the company in 2020 as General Manager where he helped guide the business through the challenging time of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Apart from managing the company, Dion and his partner, Jackie, are enthusiastic birders and enjoy going on hikes with their Golden Retriever, Moog. Dion also moonlights as a professional photographer and an amateur musician. When not taking care of their clients, you can find Dion playing with his synthesizers or editing pictures of the latest birds he’s encountered.
